A life cut as a film in sixteen reels, with the forms you can train on the page.
A life, cut as a film. Ip Man, from Foshan in 1893 to Tung Choi Street in 1972, in sixteen reels with a slate on every one. Begin the film, and the page plays like a projector.
The Practice
You Train on the Page
Tap the glowing mark on the wooden dummy. Fight ten in rhythm, near the centre line. Hold the pointer on his forearm and follow it in sticking hands. Swing the six-and-a-half-point pole, cut in eight directions with the knives. Then Bruce Lee, the films, 1972, and the lineage that carried it on.
